The Emerald Haven Experience
As a provider of assisted living in Kokomo, Indiana, Emerald Haven will offer a new and unique option for local seniors who don’t have the medical needs to enter a nursing home but find large assisted living facilities a little overwhelming. Emerald Haven will provide its residents with many of the same amenities found in larger assisted living facilities, but in a comfortable and cozy home-like environment. Emerald Haven will be able to provide this home-like environment because it is a home and not a facility. It is a beautiful single-story residential house with senior-friendly features located within walking distance of Jackson Morrow Park.
Emerald Haven will have a full-time staff consisting of one caregiver for every five residents, allowing each individual resident more personal attention. Our residents will enjoy the privacy of their own rooms while receiving 24-hour assistance with their activities of daily living. Our purpose is to make this a real home. We want our future residents to feel like they are a family.
